"Incident Details: At 9:20 pm on BJ #4 a customer gave you their 24 Karat card which you failed to read and acknowledge the guest by using their name. This is a violation of Rule #36 Unsatisfactory job performance. Failure to maintain acceptable standards of quality or quantity of work."

If I do it again, I could be fired.

It's a player's card. People turn them in when they are going to play and then they are "rated" and use the ratings to get comps. It just has their name and number on it.

Seriously, though. You did fuck up pretty badly. When a customer gives you his 24 Karat card, that's like a sacred trust. It's like giving a priest your confession. And you took that confession and you stomped all over it. How will that customer ever go to Heaven now? HOW????????

I kind of work for Robots. It is suppose to be a no-fault system, so if you do something wrong, you have no excuse. That's why a guy who had a heart attack got written up for leaving work early.
